Roger Farrington

Roger Farrington is a Boston-based photojournalist, retired commercial photographer and author. For over 45 years Roger documented Boston’s burgeoning cultural, hospitality, culinary and retail sectors during an amazing period of growth and prosperity. Since the late 1970’s Farrington’s photos have appeared in newspapers and magazines from The Boston Globe, Boston magazine, Town & Country, Newsweek andTime, to People, US, Parade, Rolling Stone, GQ, W, Vogue, andNew York Times. His work has been exhibited in New York, Boston, Liverpool and Japan, and is held in many private collections, including the Boston Public Library’s Special Collections. His new book, Starting Over with John and Yoko: The Photographs will be published September 2026.
